1. Shipment processing times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after being placed. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be longer than usual, and therefore we cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays.

We have only one delivery method and it is free, with no minimum purchase.
